I've never done this before, what's involved?

You've taken the first step by contacting us, from here it's easy. A Consultant will take the time to get to know you and the type of person you would like to meet and they'll explain to you how we operate, there are no secrets. REMEMBER: Everything is confidential and obligation free.

What kind of people use an agency?

There is absolutely no limit to the type of people we look after at Genesis Relationship Consultancy, and the reason behind that is simple, loneliness knows no boundaries. There is no economic, racial or age categories. We cater for everyone who is genuinely seeking a partner.

How much does it cost?

That's a fair question when you're entering the unknown, but we never discuss our memberships openly. You can be assured though, we have 15 membership packages with differing time periods that can be tailored to your requirements, and our packages are designed to cater for all financial positions. Fact: Our Memberships are affordable to everyone. It's up to you to come in and chose which package suits you, and your needs best.

How are you going to 'match me' with someone?

All of our compatibility checks are done manually, that's why we like to meet everyone first, to find out who you really are and what you are looking for in a partner. Then we match your criteria to a prospective partner, after checking his/her details. We go by your guidelines. There is no computer matching done here at Genesis.

What guarantees do I get?

We certainly don't give you any false guarantees, we can however give you up to, a 97% success rate. We DO give you an Agreement of Service, a contract between the both of us, guaranteeing you a minimum number of introductions, as well as, your membership time period, and we must fulfil both of these requirements.

We also check Identification from ALL clients, so you know you are meeting the real thing. No one can hide their age, details or anything else for that matter. We can guarantee our clients are all genuine people.

How safe is it to go on a "blind date"?

We meet with everybody, we check identification and take a photo of you. After meeting your introduction we encourage your feedback, good and bad, this helps us to keep tabs on everybody. We encourage saftey at the agency.

I've been warned about introduction agencies, how is GRC different?

GRC has been operating in the A.C.T. since 1993, Canberra is a small town and word of mouth is very important to us. We encourage you to come into our office to meet with us face to face, see photos and know who you're dealing with. We have a very good record and we are determined to keep it that way. It's unfortunate that there are some illegitimate agencies out there, because they make it hard for the genuine businesses like Genesis. And we've all had bad experiences at restaurants, but that doesn't mean you'll never eat out again, does it?
